no water supply no update
the location was acceptable due to its proximity to the mall.
The room was a mess. i discovered there was no water supply when i tried to flush the toilet, a fact the reception failed to mention at check-in. i called them, and they offered no updates about the repair. I was frustrated.

amazing experience!
updated lobby amazing view quiet room cool air conditioning
my first time here was excellent! the updated lobby is excellent and the rooms are very nice. my room provided a wonderful view of the river. the air conditioning kept the room comfortably cool and worked well. the staff accommodated my request for a quiet room, which i really appreciated.
the shower pressure could have been stronger.

The check-in process was very fast, easy, and friendly, greatly facilitating my arrival. It made me so happy. the staff were really nice too accommodate my request for a quiet room.
